Therapy Intensives

Sometimes we go through things in life where we need a space to pop our head up for air, get some clarity and then keep moving forward. While weekly therapy is an ideal situation for working through patterns, trauma and stress-there is an option for those of us that need a less intensive version of support but don't have the time for weekly therapy. Therapy intensives are perfect for those issues in life that are nagging at your awareness and draining your energy-all they want is space to be observed-but currently isn't said space in your life. My goals with therapy intensives is to give you a two hour block of time to focus, release the energy that is troubling you, gain some insight and tools to help you get back to your life with more strength and clarity.
