Hi, I'm Sarah Fields and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #54059 and I love my job. Accompanying people on their journey through life is a humbling privilege and something I hold sacred. I strongly believe that great things can happen when your heart and mind are open. I have been inspired by my client's willingness to heal and adapt with my support. My passion in life is to assist in your personal evolution.
I utilize Mindfulness, Meditation, EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral interventions in two ways:
1. To help you gain clarity and freedom from concerns that have brought you in to therapy
2. Help you learn coping skills and tools to help you long after you are done with therapy.
I understand that finding a therapist may seem daunting but I encourage you to contact me so we can talk about some of your questions together. See my services page to learn more about how I can help.

Schedule update: I will be out on maternity leave until June 1st, 2023. I will be responding to all correspondence from new and existing patients at that time. Thank you and have a great day!
